Why should I have my carpet cleaned professionally?
We are experts in the cleaning of carpets, rugs and upholstery, plus great experience in managing and delivering a high-quality service. We have also used many cleaning methods over the years but now employ an extremely effective process known as Dry Fusion low moisture cleaning. This, in our experience, is the only current method that hot cleans, deodorises, stain protects then heat dries every type of carpet in a single efficient process.
Do you work weekends?
Yes, we realise that it may be more convenient for some customers to arrange a weekend cleaning appointment and we include Saturday in our Monday to Saturday working week.
Do you supply everything required?
We supply staff, chemicals and equipment, plus we remove or move all furniture when needed for the most effective clean.
Will I always have the same cleaner or team?
We know this is important to customers and we We always endeavour to have the same staff involved with regular cleaning commitments where possible.
Is Carpet Cleaning safe for Babies and Pets?
Our cleaning method is recommended by all major carpet and carpet tile companies because it cleans, deodorises kills bacteria, protects and allows your carpet to dry in 30 minutes or less. It is completely safe and recommended for use around children and pets. For more detailed information see our blog on cleaning safety with children and animals
Are the chemicals you use completely safe?
Yes, all carpet cleaning chemicals we use are professionally tested and certified safe for use by industry bodies.
When can I vacuum after carpet cleaning?
One of our cleaned carpets keeps its ‘just cleaned’ look longer, especially if vacuumed regularly (daily in commercial premises with an upright vacuum, twice weekly in the home). Heat bonded Fluoro-resin gives “hard” commercial carpet a soft feel to the hand and a soft natural sheen.
I’ve been told that carpet cleaning results in a carpet getting dirty faster. True?
In the past, there has been a problem with residue left in the carpet after cleaning, which tended to attract dirt. Generally speaking, this was due to the use of soap products in the cleaning process which were not cleared successfully. However, our use of Dry Fusion leaves no significant level of residue in carpeting so there is no attraction of dirt.
